Warranty Coverage

Most of our products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional issues not caused by misuse
  • Product faults under normal usage conditions

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect
  • Wear and tear from normal usage
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage due to water, fire, or other external factors

How to Claim Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your Order ID and issue description
  2. Attach clear photos or a short video of the defect/problem
  3. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps

Once your claim is approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, as applicable.

Important Notes

  • Retain your original invoice or order confirmation for verification
  • Warranty is applicable only to eligible products listed with warranty coverage on their product page
