Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

  2. Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
  3. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions or arrange a pickup (where available)

Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.)
  • You will be notified once your refund is successfully processed

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable
  • Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Return requests made after 7 days of delivery

If your product is covered under warranty (e.g., 1-year manufacturer warranty), please contact us for replacement or service assistance.
